Eric Landis

Eric founded Rivel Consulting in 1997 and has over 25 years of investment banking experience working with small to medium size corporate clients, publicly-traded clients, private equity firms, and leading international and domestic private companies across multiple sectors. Eric has advised on the sale of businesses, acquisitions, mergers, and restructurings, as well as advised on both public and private financings. 

Prior to founding Rivel Consulting, Eric was a senior analyst at Bank of America and an analyst and equity trader at Merit Capital.  Eric’s activities cover a broad range of disciplines and industry sectors, including communications technology, energy, specialty chemicals, commercial and residential real estate, and retail and consumer products. 

He holds a B.A. in History from Duke University and an MBA in Finance & International Business from New York University.

Rivel Consulting also draws on a network of associates in North America and Europe including attorneys, analysts and senior members with decades of experience in management, finance and communications.
